If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days from the service activation date, you may request a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Refunds may be issued if:
• The request is made within 30 days of service activation
• The service has not been misused or violated our Terms & Conditions
• The issue cannot be reasonably resolved by our support team
Refund eligibility applies primarily to service fees and does not automatically include installation, setup, or third-party costs unless stated otherwise.
The following are non-refundable:
• Installation or setup fees
• Hardware or equipment costs
• Custom network configurations
• Services already fully rendered
• Fees charged by third-party providers
These costs are incurred regardless of service usage.

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
• Refunds do not include bank or transaction processing fees
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting ExTech LLC.
• Cancellations requested within the first 30 days may qualify for a refund
• Cancellations after 30 days will stop future billing but do not qualify for refunds
• Outstanding balances must be cleared before cancellation is finalized
Service access may be terminated upon cancellation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
• Terms & Conditions are violated
• Illegal or abusive activity is detected
• Payments are overdue
Such terminations do not qualify for refunds.
